In the experiment, to establish a efficient system of superovulation on German Simmental and one of embryo transfer of recipient, we analyzed factors of affecting German Simmental superovulation and recipient embryo transfer.Experiment 1:The comparison and analyze on the factors of affecting German Simmental superovulationIn the experiment,75 German Simmental donors were superovulated. The results of the experiment indicated:We superovulated German Simmental by unartificial oestrus, prostaglandin, CIDR, the average available embryo was 8.64±0.99,7.25±0.99 and 3.20±0.99 respectively, the CIDR group was lowest than the others(P<0.05), there was no significant difference(P>0.05) between unartificial oestrus and prostaglandin; There was no significant difference(P>0.05) between different seasons, the winter had a higher pregnancy rate than spring, summer, autumn, but the winter and the summer had significant difference(P<0.05) between the average available embryo rate and A level embryo; The average available embryo of fine constitution was higher 2.85 than weak constitution, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05); Corpus luteum on the ovary had a higher average available embryo than corpus luteum and ovarian follicle on the ovary, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05) between groups.Experiment 2:The comparison and analyze on the embryo factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transferIn the experiment,239 recipients embryo transfer data were analyzed in order to investigate the embryo factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transfer. The results of the experiment indicated:The pregnancy rate of the refrigerant embryo was lower 18.72% than that of the fresh one, there was a significant difference was between them(P<0.05); There was the best pregnancy rate of 64.94% for compact morula, which was higher than that of early blastocy and blastocyst, the pregnancy rate of blastocyst was 50.00%, that was lowest, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05); The pregnancy rate of the A level embryo was higher 33.99% than the C level embryo(P<0.05), the pregnancy rate of the B level embryo had no significant difference(P>0.05) than the A and C level embryo.Experiment 3:The comparison and analyze on the recipients factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transferIn the experiment,239 recipients embryo transfer data were analyzed in order to investigate the recipients factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transfer. The results of the experiment indicated:There had different pregnancy rate between different corpus luteum diameter, greater than or Equal to 1.0 corpus luteum diameter had a higher pregnancy rate than smaller than 1.0 corpus luteum diameter, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05); The pregnant rate of embryo transferred into right-side uterus horm was higher 10.60% than that of left-side one, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Experiment 4:The comparison and analyze on the seasons and breeding methods factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transferIn the experiment,239 recipients embryo transfer data were analyzed in order to investigate the seasons and breeding methods factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transfer. The results of the experiment indicated:There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in different seasons, but spring and autumn had a higher pregnancy rate than summer and winter, pregnancy rate of the winter which was 45.56%, that was lowest; 75 recipients embryo transfer data were analyzed in order to investigate the breeding methods factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transfer. The results of the experiment indicated:The different breeding methods had the different pregnant rate(P>0.05), The pregnancy rate of ordinary breeding was a higher 21.9% than grazing.Experiment 5:The comparison and analyze on the technicists factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transferIn the experiment,92 recipients embryo transfer data were analyzed in order to investigate the technicists factors of affecting gestation rate of embryo transfer. The results of the experiment indicated:The different technicists had different pregnancy rate, the pregnancy rate of the higher level technicists was higher 8.4% than the lower level technicists, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).
