The aim of the present study was to investigate and discuss the relevant processes embryo transfer, according to the characteristics of dairy cow in Jinlin province and practical produce conditions, such as the choice of receptors, the choice and dose of superovulation hormone, the improvement of washing eggs technology, the combination between cryopreserved embryo and fresh embryo, so as to improve embryo transfer technology under the practical produce conditions in jilin province. Therefore, the development of dairy cow will be prospered in Jilin province.It has been showed that the pregnancy rate will be enhanced about 10% by choosing donors in five steps. The worse fat Yanbian yellow cattle via 60 days short-term finishing will service as receptors, and it's better for the donors to inject vitamin before superovulation than the without groups, but there were no significant difference between them. The use of the positive pressure washing eggs of two tubes connect measure may save washing egg liquids significant, shorten pick up egg time, reduce the damage to embryos, increase the quality of embryo will be identified and graded to three levels, A and B were use for cryopreserved embryo transfer and C were use for fresh embryo transfer. This method will significant improve the pregnancy rate of embryo transfer. This method will significant improve the pregnancy rate of thawing embryo using glycol and glycerol in frozen embryos.
