| There are two experiments conducted in this paper, the first experiment is about the utilization of experimental dietary monomer lysine and methionine for juvenile gibel carp (Carassius auratus gibelio). The second experiment is about the utilization of practical dietary monomer lysine for juvenile gibel carp (Carassius auratus gibelio).Lab 1:A short-time absorption trial of crystalline amino acids was conducted to investigate the utilization of dietary monomer lysine and methionine for juvenile gibel carp. In the short-time experiment, two diets containing crystalline lysine or methionine were used. Blood samples were drawn from the caudal vein of 3h,6h,9h, 12h,15h and 24h after the last feeding.Free lysine and methionine concentration in plasma were investigating the absorbability of dietary crystalline lysine and methionine. The result indicated that Juvenile gibel carp is able to utilize dietary crystalline lysine and methionine, the content of plasma free lysine and free methionine decreased 3h after feeding.Lab 2:A trial was conducted to study the influence of adding micro-encapsulated or coated lysine in diets on growth and serum free amino acid of juvenile gibel carp, The results showed that the growth performance of juvenile gibel carp could be promoted after micro-encapsulated lysine added into the feed, but have no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05). The change of serum free amino acids were detected in 0.5 hours to 7.0 hours after fed with 3 diets. It also showed that serum free amino acid absorption peak in micro-encapsulated lysine was later than that in coated lysine absorption peak, and also higher peak concentration than other two groups, and the peak time of all essential amino acid in serum of group 2 is more closed than other two groups. Results above showed that the utilizability of lysine could be improved by micro-encapsulating. |
