Lambs early-weaned were adapt to the sheep industry development for general weaning malpractices. The experiment using Single factor design, twenty-five 30-day Gansu Alpine Fine-wool lambs were divided into 5 groups, the control group lambs were breast-fed and grazed with the ewes; The treatment group lambs were weaned at 30-day age and feeding 4 different milk replacers:the group A main raw materials were popped, the group B main raw materials were not popped, the group C main raw materials were popped and added spray-dried porcine plasma (SDPP), the group D was added whey powder on the basis of C. The trial period was ranged from 30to 90 days age, slaughter at 30-day age. The results showed:The body weight and the daily weight gains of group B, C (P<0.05) were significantly lower than the control group at 50-day age. The group A (P=0.062) had a trend of lower than the control group. At 70-day age, the body weight of group B, C (P<0.05) was significantly lower than the control group, the group D (P=0.200) had a trend of lower than the control group. The group D (P=0.083) had a trend of higher than the control group at 90-day age. From 70 to 90-day age, the body weight gain rates of A, B, C, D four treatment groups were 25.7%,26.5%,31.6%,26.9%, while the control group was only 9.6%.During 50 to 70-day age, the daily weight gains of the five groups lambs were not significant (P>0.05), but the group B and C (P=0.129, P=0.100) had a trend of lower than the control group. During 70 to 90-day age, the daily weight gain of A, B, C, D four treatment groups were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).During 30 to 50-day age, the daily feed intake of group C was significantly lower than the group A, B, D (P<0.05); During 30 to 50-day age and 30 to 90-day age, the feed intake of five groups were not significant (P>0.05).Comparing 30 to 50-day age with 50 to 70-day age, the feed gain ratio of group B increased 14.29%, while the group C decreased 37.31%. During 30 to 90-day age, the feed gain ratio of group C significantly higher than the group D (P<0.05), the feed gain ratio of group A, B, C higher than the group D were 6.71%,10.07%,14.77%. The rumen index of group B (P<0.05) was significantly higher than the control group; The liver and kidney index of the control group were significantly lower than the four treatment groups (P<0.05). The control group spleen weight was significantly higher than the four treatment groups (P<0.05) and the spleen index of the control group was maximum. The pre-slaughter live weight of group C was significantly lower than the other groups (P<0.05). The carcass weight of Group C was significantly lower than the group A, D (P<0.05). The four treatment groups lambs of Color, marbling, tenderness, water loss rate were not significantly (P>0.05).During 10 to 40-day age, the daily weight gain of breast-feeding ewes group was not significant than the early-weaned ewes group (P>0.05). At the stage of 40 to 80 and 10 to 80, the daily weight gain of the early-weaned ewes group was significantly higher than the breast-feeding ewes group and the body weight of breast-feeding ewes group showed negative growth during 40 to 80-day age.
