| Inhibition culture is a method of the retarding culture.It is a cultivation technique,which cites the dormancy theory to make Kyoho grape have not been the premise of cold injury in a long dormant phase. This article takes Kyoho grape as the research object,in order to research the effects of different inhibition culture treatments on Kyoho grape growth and development in Shanghai.The best treatment combination of cold preservation and the best nutrient the formula were screened out to be adjusted at different growth stages. The research and analysis in order to provide valuable theoretical basis for the inhibition culture technique control vines phenophase.This paper carried out the research in the following four aspects:1.The investigation of the effects of different cold preservation treatments on phenophase, growth and development of Kyoho grape.The resluts showed that the cold preservation temperature treatment of 3℃of budding, flowering duration were closer to normal cultivation conditions than other treatments; the treatment combinations of 3℃and 15days sunshade days,which could effectively improve the germination rate, germination uniformity, shoot length, shoot coarseness;the leaf areas is 100.13cm2.The treatment combinations of 3℃and 10 days,which could effectively improve the leaf areas. In conclusion,the cold preservation temperature treatment of 3℃is the best combination.2.The transplanting seedling treatment of grape seedling can effectively restrain high damage. The resluts showed that sunshade treatment of 10 days could effectively inhibit photochemical injury from high temperature effectively and the difference was extremely significant; the cold preservation temperature treatment of 3℃as the best treatment,which is neither injury the grape leaf primordium on low temperature stress nor germinate too much early.This test screening out the optimal sunshade day treatment is 10days.3.Taking the above mentioned optimal treatment combination of the grape seedling as the experimental material,which from the low temperature storage test screening. On the basis of growth periods screening for nutrients.The resluts showed that 16mmol/L treatment effectively improves tree vigour,leaf area,chlorophll content in the vegetative growth phase effectively; the maximum content of total nitrogen of Kyoho grape leaf is 3.12%, in the vegetative growth phase,the treatment of 16mmol/L significantly increased the growth, leaf area and chlorophyll content and it the optimal treatment suitable for the vegetative growth. 4. The Yuanshi nutrient formula of Phosphorus concentration of 1.34 mmol/L, potassium concentration for 8mmol/L in generative growth phase of grape compared with other formula the comprehensive fruit quality is best.5.After the stage of fruit enlargement, Kyoho garpe need of phosphorus and potassium was increased.The organophosphorus and avaible potassium content tend to increase with phosphorus and potassium concentrations of culture substrate;the treatment of phosphorus concentration of 1.70 mmol/L, potassium concentration for 10mmol/L the organophosphorus and avaible potassium content higher than the other treatments;the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium have a cooperative relation in certain extent,when the concentrations was too large they have the antagonism relationship. |
