Study On Inhibition Effects And Mechanical Of Biogas Fluids On Alternaria Alternate

In this paper, the normal biogas fluids were used to do inhibition esperiments on Alternaria alternata and compare the inhibition effects with pesticides. The influence factors of biogas fluids were researched and analysed, and the michanism of inhibition effects on Alternaria alternata was researched primarily.1. The biogas fluids which were fermenting, deposited for certain time,fermented by differment materials, got from differment areas and dealt at different temperatures had certain inhibition effects on Alternaria alternata.The inhibition effects changed with the dealt temperatures, concention of biogas fluids and the culture time of microbes. The inhibition effects of biogas fluids had not relevation with pH value.2. The inhibition effects of biogas fluids were same as pesticides, or surpass some pesticedes. The mixture of pesticides and biogas fluids had certain inhibition effects on Alternaria alternata. But the effects were different as the kind of pesticides changed.3. The acetic acid,butyric and propionatic in biogas fluids had assistant inhibion effects when their concentration were up to 3 % 1.8 %and 0. The higher of the concentration of NH₄⁺ in biogas fluids, the strong of the inhitition effects. The touch time between pathogens and biogas fluids, but the VB₁₂ in the biogas fluids had much influence on the inhibition effects.4. The inhibition effects on Alternaria alternata had relation with the categorys and number of microbes and the active substances in biogas fluids.
