Study On Benefit Appraisal Of Urban Forest Of And The Sustainable Management In Chang-zhu-tan Area

On December 7,2007,the ChangZhuTan urban circle was approved by State Council,became a "national resource-economical and environment-friendly society"(hereinafter referred to two types of society). "Two-oriented society, " essentially establish the ecological and civilized society.Therefore,the construction of ChangZhuTan must be followed ecological rules to ensure harmony between human and nature.The construction of a resource-economical and environment-friendly society,which is not only the construction goal of the Changzhutan area urban forest,but also Changzhutan urban circle.The urban forest is the leading force that improves the urban ecological environment and the environment that sustains urban people.The urban forest which plays a very important role on improving the urban ecological environment,has the huge ecosystem services function. In the process of Changzhutan urban circle integration,the benefit appraisal of urban forest will directly affect the economic activity, the urban construction and the environment in this region,also will be one of the most important factors that promote the sustainable development of economic and ecological environment of the three cities.In this paper,it takes the close relation urban group which is constituted by Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as the area of study, takes the benefit appraisal of urban forest of ChangZhuTan area and the sustainable management as the object of study,integrates a wide variety of principles and methods such as forest ecology,ecological economics,urban ecology,forest management and landscape ecology.According to the general definition of urban forest,it makes an initial definition to the scope of ChangZhuTan urban forest on the basis of analyzing the present forest resources situation of the ChangZhuTan urban forest.On the basis of urban forest defined,it combines the characteristics of urban forest service functions,discusses and establishes urban forest benefit appraisal index systemof the ChangZhuTan area (total 25 indexes) and the various indexes calculation model.The results of the appraisal is that,in 2005,comprehensive benefits of ChangZhuTan area urban forest earns 2717210.22×104 yuan including ecological benefit 1944328.76×104 Yuan,social efficiency 628799.27×104 Yuan,economic efficiency 144082.18×104 yuan.The ecological benefit,the social total benefit,the economic efficiency accounts for 71.81%,23.49%,4.76% separately of comprehensive benefits of ChangZhuTan area urban forest.The ecological benefit is as 3 times as social efficiency,15 times as economic efficiency.Ecological benefit is larger than social efficiency and social efficiency is larger than economic efficiency.The ecological benefit is extremely remarkable, simultaneously the results also show that the potential benefit of ChangZhuTan area urban forest is huge.According to the result of the valuation,the article analyse the problems about sustainable management of Urban Forest which in the region of ChangZhuTan,and bring forward some strategies of the sustainable management of urban forest in this area:(1) distribution of vegetational resources (2) scientific management (3) sources of funding (4) layout of urban forest(spacial layout,functional layout,landscape layout)...
