Producing feeding small peptides with microorganisms by fermentation has become a hot field research in animal nuttitions. This paper is mainly to get some superordinary microorganisms which was isolated and screening from feeding offal and activate the microorganisms in laboratory. Soybean meal flour was used as fermentation substrate and degraded by the superodinary microorganism. As a result, we could achieve the best suitable fermentation technology. We have took the achievements which were followed:1 The superordinary microorganisms that were isolated and screening was succeed by isolation methods(such as diluted coating separation and dilution pour separation) and screening methods of microorganism. Analyzing of thalline characteristic, colony characteristic, growth curve, reproductive mode and so on indicated that the superordinary microorganisms were named Bacillus subtilis and Rhodothece glutinis Y3.2 The work was mainly researched to get the effect of environmental agents on the growth of the superordinary. The results found that Bacillus subtilis and Rhodothece glutinis Y3 would grow in the best suitable growth conditions of liquid volume, initial pH and temperature.3 The soybean meal powder was used as substrate and fermented by the superordinary microorganism which was selected. The protein of soybean meal powder could be degraded into small peptides by microorganism. The Biuret method was used to optimize the conditions of miroorganisms degraded soybean meal by fermentation. Results showed that as follows:under the optimum degraded condition, the small peptide content in the broth by the fermented Bacillus subtilis 02-03 could reach 58.86%,inceasing 37.99% than that of the original; while the small peptide content in the fermented soybean meal power by the Rhodothece glutinis Y3 was increased from 20.87% to 56.96%.4 The Rhodothece glutinis Y3 strain of good growth in soybean meal power and high capacity of protein degraded was selected from many strains. And the purpose was to study the technology for producing small peptide by fermentation raw materials, which could operate technology easily and consume energy lowly and invest lessly. The experiment defined that as follows:the soyean meal power was used as substrate and fermented by the Rhodothece glutinis Y3 strain. The small peptide content of the fermentation sample was increased from about 4% to 27%. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Small Peptide, Soybean Meal, Power Fermentation, Fermentation Raw Materials | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
