Centrifuges have a wide range of applications in the industrial field, especially biological, chemical, energy, etc. Study the dynamics of high-speed centrifuge rotors is important for centrifuge design and their performance prediction.Based on the discuss of centrifuge and the centrifuge rotor's relevant background knowledge,it combinate numerical analysis and scientific computing software tools to study the high-speed centrifuge rotor system dynamics, stability, and the start of the rub-impact phenomena.Establish the centrifuge rotor finite element model, using of UG and ANSYS softwares. And complete calculation of the load and boundary conditions through the Formulas, check the strength and stress-strain analysis to identify the weak links in the rotor system, provide guidance for the design of centrifuge rotor system.The dynamics equations of centrifuge rotor system is builded, Starting from basic theory and using the ANSYS fi nite element tools. On that basis the critical speed of high-speed centrifuge rotor system was analysised, as well as the weak and solution.Stability of High-speed centrifuge rotor system was explored. Through the fluid and the rotor system model, we identify key factors and ways.Finally main ways to improve the stability of high-speed centrifuge rotor system were listed.Research on phenomena of rotor system during its start-up phase.then the main reasons and the status quo model were analysised, through the establishment of differential equations for the rub-impact rotor system, we completed a high-speed centrifuge rotor rub Simulation,making using of MATLAB which is a Scientific analysis software.Change the size of a flexible shaft, and carry out an experiment, give a contrast from the experiment data and diagram aspect.
