Blisk is one of the most important components in the aero-engine, It is widely used in the engine fan, compressor and turbine. The blisk technology has a series of engineering application value: reducing the rotor weight, increasing engine trust-weight ratio, improving engine durability and reliability,reducing the incidence of failure to extending the life of the rotor,improving aerodynamic performance and efficiency of the engine. The blisk is a new structure in high performance aircraft engines.In this paper, the blisk is as research object, the structural design and intension design have been researched, and the process has been analysed in-depth. The main contents are as follows:1. Structural design of the blisk2. Structural strength and vibration calculation of the blisk.3. Analyse the structural strength, performance and weight of blisk structure combined with the traditional connecting structure.4. Processing technology of the blisk.5. By conducting tests to verify whether the strength of the blisk and the structural design can meets the design requirements.This paper focused on the needs of engineering applications, the study is direct from a subject of present commitment, which has strong practicability. This issue based on the current studies of the blisk technology, designed the structure with the structural strength calculation, then a comparative study between the blisk and the traditional separating structure have been developed.
