With the improvement of computation technology,the Computation Flow Dynamic(CFD)is widely used in practical engineering because of its unique technical advantages,meanwhile,it plays a more and more important role in the field of high-end industrial design and manufacture.Based on the design and analysis platform for aeroengine compressor from China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center,this thesis has introduced an automatic mesh generation technique of aero engine compressor,it is one of the three key technologies of the project.Compared with the manual mesh,it can greatly improve the efficiency of mesh generation,shorten the mesh generation cycle greatly,and maximize the quality of mesh generation.This technology of CFD automatic mesh generate combined the CAD model with feature extraction to deal with the geometric transition,researched the method of mesh topology automatic construction based on feature,explored the approaches of automatic generation of high precision structured mesh in specific domain,therefore,it has huge value for application in engineering.According to the geometrical characteristics of aeroengine compressor blades,based on the research of mesh generation method and topology construction technique,this thesis introduced a model of the CFD mesh generation and confirm the process.After researching the CFD numerical simulation of compressor,this thesis confirmed a set to suited the compressor blade computational domain subarea strategy.Using the SPIDER core as the underlying library,developmented the software about compressor by VC++ program language,and the software carry out the CFD automatic mesh generation processor of compressor.This thesis had used the technical of automatic mesh generate to achieve the corresponding algorithm function module,and successfully applied to the CFD mesh generation of the compressor blade.Realized the automatic block topology,and completed the CFD topology and the automatic generation of the mesh.Afterwards,the real number of model data mesh generation calculation results verified the correctness of automatic mesh generation,showed the characteristics of high efficiency and good quality,further expanded the application prospects in the calculation of CFD.
