Allocation Of New Industrial Area Village Public Service Facilities

The thesis summarizes the configuration status of public welfare service facilities in China new industrial area towns based on the summarized and analyzed results of construction and usage. Taking Maqiao, Zibo city, Shandong province as an example, this paper compares the existing disposing index of villages public welfare service facilities to the relevant norms, standards and guidelines of public welfare service facilities in urban and village residential areas, discusses the configuration building type, size, service radius of public welfare service facilities in new industrial area towns, proposes configuration goals, disposing index and allocation mode, and made the allocation planning for Maqiao town. The research provides a reference for the configuration planning of public welfare service facilities to such new industrial area towns, and try to play a promotion and an exemplary role to the planning and construction of public welfare facilities in new industrial area towns.
