| Directed toward 6×60MW unit DCS system cogeneration plant of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical company, which upgrades function and improves technology perfectly, the paper studies and discusses countermeasure and scheme which carry on to improve and perfect technology to the question existing in original DCS systems. Based on the background review and present state analysis of Power plant supervisory information system(SIS), we give a deep discuss about its structure, functions, network and database. From the view of application, SIS is an interlayer of plant information system, developed for process management and device maintenance stuff. In the SIS network chapter, network demand analysis was present first. Then we gave the rule for network designing and devisees selecting. The paper puts forward the whole realization scheme and design principle of the systematic technology improved. Analysing the important technology of the Monitoring System soft:real-time communication technology, which includes DDE(dynamic data exchange),Socket, OPC(OLE for Process Control) On the above bases, analysing the function and performance of the realized Monitoring System soft. Then Analysing and designing the whole structure of Monitoring System soft and its modules, Making use of UML technology to set out the realization procedure of the Real-time Communication module. The on-the-spot practice proves that design philosophy and whole scheme on DCS that the paper offers to DCS epigenous station technology improved is successful, it strengthens the whole function of the systems, and reduces the cost of operation further. And it offers certain experience and reference for the thing that the technology about DCS system will be improved and perfected in the future. |
