At home and abroad,there are many ways to measure the flight attitude of projectile,and the traditional measurement method is already very mature,fully qualified for the traditional test task.However,the cost of the low cost repressive ammunition like the rockets,artillery firing missiles,is too high using the measure compent,and the traditional inertial components is difficult to meet the requirements in range,cost,overload,precision for high speed missile.So the test component of high precision,high overload resistance is imminent.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a attitude algorithm method of shells based on the magnetic resistance sensor,this method can solve the attitude measurement problem of shells in high speed environment.The main research work of the paper as follows:For the problems of seven elements of geomagnetic using in the process of attitude algorithm,this paper,on the basis of mechanism analysis of the magnetic field,establishs the IGRF global geomagnetic field mode,analyzes the elements of geomagnetic field in the global distribution.The IGRF global geomagnetic field model use the GPS module output of longitude,latitude,altitude as the input,then using the output parameters of IGRF global geomagnetic field model for attitude algorithm.For the attitude measurement problem of shells in high speed environment,according to various projection transformation relationship between the reference coordinates,this paper gives the attitude angle of the derivation in detail.the specific analytical expressions are given eventually.And ballistic simulation is carried out in this paper,according to the ballistic simulation,e the error of calculat is given.At the end of the paper,a calculating method of magnetic azimuth is given.In order to improve the calculating accuracy of shells attitude angle using geomagnetic,this article carries on the thorough analysis of the mechanism for the magnetic sensor error,expounds the various error sources and impact and puts forward the effective method of error calibration and compensation.According to the test environment requirements and indicators,this article has carried on hardware and software design of the attitude measurement system and through the attack experiment validate the reliability of the test system.
