| Plastic concrete is mixing materials which is made of cement, water, clay, bentonite, stone, sand, fly ash, admixtures and so on, Because of its large limit strain, good deformation performance with the surrounding body of other anti-seepage, small permeability coefficient, with less cement and lower total cost, it has been widely promoted and applied in hydraulic engineering. Seepage is one of the most important factors that affects the safety of water conservancy projects, So the research of seepage problem has significant theoretical meaning and application value.1. Optimization design of plastic concrete mixing proportion in controlling-seepage wall. According to the local geological features and engineering requirements of dam of ZhaiKou project, the performance characteristics of various materials and the corresponding parameters of the requirements of the cut-off wall, According to the preliminary analysis of test results and project specific requirements mixing proportion was, confirmed then mixing proportion which is fit the needs of dam reinforced of plastic concrete was identified.2. The research of plastic concrete seepage problem. Through the plastic concrete permeable performance test, the impact of different method of experiment, mixing proportion, time of infiltration, water pressure upon permeable performance of plastic concrete were studied in this text. Relative permeability test method is applicable for plasticity concrete. Some suggestions were given on the formula of relative permeability of plastic concrete by changing the infiltration time and water pressure.3. Simulation study for seepage filed in the controlling-seepage wall of plastic concrete. Based on the plastic concrete in the controlling-seepage wall of ZhaiKou Dam Project application, the seepage analysis of plastic concrete cutoff wall in different conditions were simulated with the geotechnical software GEO-SLOPE. The characteristics of two Dimensional Seepage was calculated in the design and check the water level separately before and after the dam was repaired. |
