Plastic concrete as a new type of concrete materials with low elastic modulus, well plastic deformation characteristics and well impermeability, are widely used in water conservancy and hydropower projects. In order to study the plastic concrete more comprehensive and systematic,this paper has done experimental research in material properties of plastic concrete, the main contents include:(1) The mix proportion design of plastic concrete based on orthogonal experiment method. the water-binder ratio, bentonite consumption, amount of fly ash and sand rate as four factors and Select the four levels of each factor.The test workload was reduced by the 16 groups mix proportion.Through the range analysis and analysis of variance to analyze the change discipline of work performance which are based on the water-cement ratio changes, bentonite dosage, sand ratio,the amount of fly ash.(2) Through the range analysis and analysis of variance to analyze the change disciplines of the cube compressive strength which are based on the water-cement ratio changes, bentonite dosage, sand ratio,the amount of fly ash. Analyzed the ralationship between the cube compressive strength and prism compressive strength, elastic modulus and intensity ratio, elastic modulus of concrete.then given the regression analysis.(3) Through the range analysis and analysis of variance to analyze the change disciplines of the elastic modulus which are based on the water-cement ratio changes, bentonite dosage, sand ratio,the amount of fly ash. Discussed the testing and calculation methods in elastic modulus of plastic concrete, and gives the test methods and steps.(4) Tested the plastic concrete complete stress-strain curve in 48 prism specimen and given the regression analysis in the complete stress-strain curve, then given the corresponding theoretical equation. Comparative analysis theoretical results with the actual test results, the results fit well. Then carried out a simple Discussion on the relationship between the absorbing energy and peak limited stress.(5) The permeability of plastic concrete is analyzed in this experimental test based on relative permeability method. Through the range analysis and analysis of variance to analyze the change disciplines and impact factors of the impermeability of plastic concrete on the basis of a large number of trials. And compared with the ordinary concrete, analyzed the relationship between relative permeability coefficient and compressive strength.(6) The impact factors on the plastic concrete work performance, the cube compressive strength, elastic modulusand the relative permeability coefficients were analyzed,such as, the aggregate type, particle size and clay content of aggregate, admixtures, curing period, curing conditions, mixing conditions, temperature and other factors...
