Design, manufacture and calibration of demo automatic commemorative coin vending machine mainly involves designing the external appearance and spatial position, processing and manufacturing components and parts by function, assembling and debugging, designing program debugging program and commissioning based on actual needs. Through the whole process of implementation, process studies and tests have been completed and system-wide studies realized.Automatic commemorative coin vending machine for demonstration purpose has been designed and trial produced, and novel processing and automatic vending functions realized. Many symbolic problems with simple processing of commemorative coin have been resolved and deliverables demonstrating electromechanical system provided to Beijing College for Industrial Technicians according to the electromechanical integration design methodology. In addition, the project deliverables have high aesthetical value and can be used for distribution of commemorative coins in some locations and universal education on electrochemical integration.This design mainly involves power transmission and electric motor control method selection in electrical parts of die stamping transmission system. In light of the characteristics of the project plan, PLC is used to control the number of impulses of stepping motor during research and development of die stamping process, thus ensuring the work pieces can accurately reach the stamping position and conveying position. Therefore, this design mainly employs PLC output impulse to control precise operation and positioning of stepping motor in order to realize the transmission and stamping processes of die stamping system.
