Ningkai Machining Factory, Workshop Layout Program Evaluation Studies

The design of facility layout is one of the important contents in design of manufacturing system, which has a high degree of deciding the products quality, the productivity and the economic efficiency.This paper aims to improve the shop floor facility layout of NingKai factory, which is a part of Nanjing chuangli gear machinery company. Using the research approach of multi-target model knowledge to choose the best alternative form three alternatives which have designed by deviser. First of all, this paper constructs a logical evaluation indexing-system on a investigative basis; then applying the analytic hierarchy process ideas to obtain evaluation. At last, this paper gives some reasonable suggestions in this basis to the factory.To sum up the above, this thesis uses an attribute hierarchical model and set up one kind of evaluation system for Ningkai factory.Practice has proved that the method this paper adopts is feasible and easy to use.
