On the basis of the traditional methods, inherit and carry forward these precious experience of diagnosis diagnostic rules. It is of a great practical ignificance to popularize and apply the new method of the full vector spectrum analysis. It is indicated that the full vector spectrum analysis is a practical fault diagnosis method of the rotary machiney.The Vector-spectrum is a joint name of vector spectrum and its patulous analysis methods, they fuse the double s of the full vector spectrum technology , in-depth study of the full vectrum analysis, research the immanent connection between comprehensive information analysis and routine analysis, study the compatibility of the full vector system in the aspects of calculation , the pattern expression rules and diagnosis rules .To establish a bridge between the full-spectrum vector system andchannels' information and remain the meanings of corresponding traditional method. The main content is as follows:1. In this paper,firstly,the method of the homologous data fusion on a section from theory,and then derive out the numeric arithmetic by compute machine ,thus the vibration characters of this section are gain fast ,which directed the diagnose of the faults.2.Secondly On the basis of the full vector spectrum technology , in-depth study of the full vectrum analysis, research the immanent connection between comprehensive information analysis and routine analysis, study the compatibility of the full vector system in the aspects of calculation , the pattern expression rules.3.The Vector-spectrum was applied tofault diagnosis and intelligent diagnosis method based on fullinformation was analyzed. As a factor of the vibration information,it can directly reflect the running state condition of the rotor. It is the foundation of the diagnosis. To combine the vector-spectrum and BP,this approach is that vector power spectrum is used as eigenvectors respectively,BP as classifier. The proposed approach has been successfully applied to the recognition of three typical faults,i.e.rotor crack, rotor misalignment and oil whirl. The experiment result showed that this proposed approach is effective. It is showed that the compatibility on the full wector spectrum.4.The rotating machine fault diagnosis has got the extensive production in industry. The domestic and overseas scholars and experts accumulated lots of practical fault diagnosis experience. These experience are the fundation for engineers and technicians,which are based on the traditionnal methods. study the compatibility of the full vector system in the aspects of calculation , the pattern expression rules and diagnosis rules .To establish a bridge between the full-spectrum vector system and the traditional methods, inherit and carry forward these precious experience of diagnosis diagnostic rules.
