The Analysis And Research Of Provincial Expressway Network Tolling System

Along with the expressway net takes shape, to exert the overall benefit of expressway net to the limit, the research on the expressway network tolling system must be evolved and conducted.This paper proposes the research content and key problem, and then makes the research method and the mass route resting on the practical expressway net tolling developing situation at home and abroad. This paper analyses and studies the composition and function of expressway network tolling firstly, and then further research on the key technology in net tolling, such as network technology, tolling payment technology and saving vehicle images in cards to prevent form cheating. In view of this, detailed research on common net tolling systems, including software platform, toll distribution and networking security,combines the practical expressway construction with the basic requirement of the expressway network tolling system in Gansu province, The research to realize the Provincial expressway network tolling measures of Gansu province is conducted. The fact shows that the expressway network tolling system can furthest improve the original regional tolling frame, not only raising the tolling efficiency,but also making the vehicles in the internal expressway net driving more clearly.At present, the expressway network tolling system of Gansu Province is in good condition. We aimed at giving guidance on the process of the Provincial expressway network tolling system, and making the regional expressway network tolling system of Gansu province more standardization and more rationalization.
