Due to the fact of the little deliverance amount of smoke for small scaled projectile and the fact of heavy interruption role of weather condition to outdoos test,the paper has investigated an equality test method to convert outdoors test to indoors test, which evades the interruption role of weather condition and makes test results objective. The basic theories of test are Lambert laws. The computing models of smoke are established on the foundation of theoretical prediction and test.
