| Rail Straightness is one of the important elements to evaluate the rail quality, which directly influences the running speed of the train and the comfort of passengers, even the running safety. Along with the development of the high-speed and passenger lines, the demand to the measurement of the rail straightness becomes more and more Stricker. So it's necessary to develop a highly precise measuring device to rail straightness. To resolve the flaws of existing rail straightness measuring device, a straightness measuring scheme based on Windows Mobile technology is proposed, and the key technology is studied. The main research work is as follows:(1)The background of the rail straightness and the situation of rail straightness measuring technology are introduced. On the base of analyzing the character of the existing measuring device, a measuring scheme based on the Windows Mobile is proposed. The Windows Mobile technology is successfully utilized in the rail straightness measurement.(2)Aming to resovle the problems of the current measuring equipment, the overall structure and the measuring principle are designed, the main component are selected. The functions of the system software are analyzed and the software structure is designed.(3)The communication technology between the Windows Mobile device and the MCU (Micro Control Unit) is studied. After comparing the character of three communication modes, the Bluetooth is chosen. Then the Bluetooth technology is introduced, the communication interface of the data-acquisition system based on MCU is designed to complete the communication to the Windows Mobile device.(4)The character of the SQLite and the application mode are analyzed, the SQLite is transplanted to the Windows Mobile successfully. The APIs of the SQLite are studied and encapsulated.(5)According to the demand of the rail straightness data processtion, the requirement analysis, conceptual framework design and the relation modal conversion are implemented to construct the database system, which is useful and convenient to development. (6)After making the sample machine and the development of the system software, the system tests and field experiments are implemented. The test result shows that all the functions satisfied the design requirement. The field experiments show that the rail straightness measuring device which designed in this paper is easy to use and precise. The system software has good robustness and operation interface, is suitable to be used by the field workers. |
