Urban Light Rail Track Laying Machine Design And Research

With the rapid development of Chinese city, the city traffic is becoming more and more jam. The light railway has the obvious advantage in its price which is much more less than subway, and its transportation capacity is much larger than bus, so it is getting more and more application. While in the building of light railway, the light tracklayer takes the critical role. The light tracklayer PG16 is developed by Wu Han Construction Machine Research Institute, the author has taken part in the development of this machine. The research works of this paper include the following contents:1. The paper introduced the application of light railway in foreign country firstly and pointed out the necessity of developing the light railway in our country. Then the structures of several types of laying machine are introduced.2. This passage Introduced the main parameter,general structure and assistant equipment of PG16 light tracklayer and verified the general stability of the machine.3.According to the requirement of light laying machine, the type of lifting mechanism is confirmed, and its important parts are designed.4. The load that the main beam bears is calculated according to the load that the laying machine bears. The parameters of main beam are designed according to the principle that the weight is the least while its strength,rigidity and stability are enough. The result is verified by Finite Element Method with the use of ANSYS software.5. The hydraulic system type and the needed parts are defined according to the work that the light laying machine need to finish, and the main parts are calculated.6. The electric control system type and component are defined according to the light laying machine control requirement, and the main part PLC is introduced in detail.7. The paper introduced the items that the operator must obey when he operates the light laying machine.
