The writer considers the library to be "information box", which contains information with or without medium (book,CD or network source,information transference between people) . The reader comes to library for information. The library is a platform where people can make communication equally. The information in the library is supplied by the hard work of the designer and the manager. The relationship of library and reader is becoming tighter by resources service and the information supply and demand. How to supply the reader with a greater space?
