With the development of power electronics, microelectronics and advanced control theories, motor control technologies, especially those for ACIM, have been greatly put forward. The power efficiency is getting higher and higher, from the early technologies to modern ones, which is very meaningful.To achieve the speed regulation of environmental motor vehicle, this thesis describes the whole process of the design of a fully digitalized ACIM vector control speed regulation system, based on a kind of IPM, PM600DSA060, and TMS320LF2407A, a kind of DSP of high performance. Starting from the different models for ACIM in different reference frames, the thesis introduces the main ideas of the rotor flux oriented strategy, analyzes its characteristics and then turns to the description of voltage space vector technology which is widely used.Next, on the basis of formerly introduced theories, a whole design of a vector control system is provided. The drive circuit is built with IPM PM600DSA060 and other necessary components; the control circuit board is started by the processor TMS320LF2407A. Moreover, in order to resolve the problems of electromagnetic compatibility in hardware system, several implement measures are proposed and the best of them is obtained after experimentation in this thesis.Based on hardware design, this thesis also illustrates both algorithm and software design. Not only it introduces the main program and suspended program, but also how each model of SVPWM program work. At the same time, a new Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) named Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) method is introduced which is more effective. More importantly, this thesis makes use of a method of calculation of flux linkage, which ensures the accuracy and efficiency of Park transform.Finally, there is an exam on the Motor and the experimental results are also given. From the results we can conclude that the results are according with the theory analysis.
