Blood pressure is a pressure when the blood flow in blood vessels,which is the power to promote blood to flow.Blood pressure is a very important Physiological parameters to people.Therefore,it is very important to understand the change of blood pressure timely and accurate for disease prevention and treatment.The development and application of ABPM is a approach to detect blood pressure and prevent hypertension.The research aim in the project is to build a ABPM device including blood pressure signal acquisition, analysis, automatic diagnoses.The principle of ABPM is discussed in this paper,and it illustrate the current situation, trends and clinical applications. The main contents of ABPM relate to the scheme design of hardware and software, blood pressure signal analysis, expert systems theory,mathematical computing in MATLAB, database, CLIPS expert system development tools, as well as the hybrid programming between VC++ and MATLAB, CLIPS. It is the core that the blood pressure signal analysis and ABPM expert system in this paper.In the blood pressure signal analysis,this paper extracte the pulse wave from data files of blood pressure basing on the multi-resolution filtering properties in wavelet theory.and the calculation of the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean blood pressure and heart rate basing on the pulse wave. Expert System in building process, this article discusses the whole process that embedding expert system tool CLIPS core to VC++ to realize reasoning.The idea of modular design is used in this paper in order to better implementation of the upgrade of software system.The paper include the opening of the module, data processing module, database module, and system management module.everyone is implemented in the form of dynamic link library.The blood pressure signal analysis and the building of expert system are all better completed in this paper. Measurement data can effectively reflect the patient blood pressure conditions.which shows that, in the present circumstances, wavelet theory for the analysis of non-stationary signals act on the role that can not be replaced,and proves the feasibility of the methods described in this article.It is an innovative point of this article that applying expert system theory to ABPM.The reasoning results of ABPM the operation of expert system reflect objectively the patient actual condition. The machine automatically diagnose avoid the human misjudgments. At the same time, the application software is running steadily, and it have good extensibility.
