Shooting accuracy inspection is a very important process in testing weapon's performance. In order to exclude the influence caused by the subjective factors of shooter on the shooting accuracy inspection of the inspected guns, it is essential to establish the special inspection device "simulative body gun-frame" to simulate shooter's firing.The preliminary researches to the control method of "simulative body gun-frame" have been conducted. The overall control design, main single chip hardware circuit design, subordinate single chip hardware circuit design, motor drive circuit design and the corresponding software design of the control system of the "simulative body gun-frame" were carried out, and the control system was debugged as well. First, the required functions of "simulative body gun-frame" were proposed when it was used to simulate the shooter's firing by analyzing the human movement gesture during firing. The main-subordinate control method, which means "one main single chip controls five subordinate single chips", was also proposed and designed, based on the aforementioned function requests. Second, SCM was chosen as the main control chip of the control system, stepping motor as executing component to realize the control and adjustment of simulative body gun-frame's movement of each degree-fredom. Additionally, the suitable measuring elements and charge amplifier were selected to collect the real-time motion parameters of "simulative body gun-frame"and to transmit the disposed data of main MUS and real-time collecting data to PC by serial communication. With modular and structured idea," the programs of main and subordinate SCM were completed to support hardware to realize the functions of active state simulative body gun-frame. Finally, the control system was debugged and operated.The accomplished results of control method are of great importance for further studies of the active state simulative body gun-frame.
