For the speed control system of stepping motors, it has certain requirements for the running speed from the beginning to the end. If stepping motors directly start based on required speed, step throwing may occur or the running are even left idle, because this speed has already exceed limit start frequency which leads to abnormal start of stepping motor. After the motor running starts and when it reaches the end, if pulse train is stopped just at the ending, overshoot will happen due to inertia. The solution of "step throwing "and "overshoot" is the key to the positioning control of stepping motors.This paper briefly illustrates the characteristics and electromagnetic model of three-phrase reaction stepping motors. Based on the comparison with a variety of drive methods of stepping motors, drive circuit for adjusting and testing system of nonlinear sensor ---high-low drive circuit is designed. By comparing with single-voltage drive circuit, it verifies simplicity and efficiency. On the basis of fast development of current single-chip technology, the controllers of adjusting and testing system of nonlinear sensor select single chip, and by using controller software to implement the function, pulse distribution, position control, deceleration control and etc for the ring distributors, it carries out the positioning control of single-chip for stepping motors, and it also simplifies the circuit structures as well as enhances the reliability. For the design selection of external export, communications circuits, it takes simple structures and high reliability as a starting point. Finally, a driver control circuit of l adjusting and testing system of nonlinear sensor is designed with the characteristics of practicality, simplicity, reliability and low cost. The market will have broad prospects in the future.
