| This paper mainly introduces the research history and application of portable solid propellant engine parameter test system ,which take the computer as the master control unit, using LabVIEW as its software platform and NI USB-6008 card as its date acquisition hardware.The combination of computer technology and technology of test instruments results with the appearance of a new test instrument, virtual instruments (VI).The software strategy of VI is the developing trend of the third generation of automatic test system. Thanks to VI technology, the hardware and software resources can be shared, various automatic test system can be built rapidly, and signal analysis, data processing and graphicalized display can be carried out conveniently. First, the thesis introduces the basic concepts of Virtual Instruments, and analyzes the constitution of the VI testing system; include the sensor, signal conditioner, data acquisition (DAQ) card, universal PC software, and other essential elements. According to the actual need, the thesis designs the testing system based on the DAQ card. Second, the thesis combines with the VI programming language platform LabVIEW, takes the parameters of pressure, thrust and temperature of the solid rocket as its research objects, makes particular dissertation for the software design process.The test system is developed under the Windows XP environments, and has compiled data acquisition, demarcator and memory module in terms of the subject content. The test system based on VI can accomplish the auto—test of flowrate and so on with one computer, which reduces the test cost, improves the test efficiency, enforces the system flexibility and facilitates the experiments. |
