The field of Aero-engine test involves a large number of dynamic pressure measurements. The small value of pulse pressure measurement and calibration accuracy calls for higher. For example, the measurement accuracy requirements to meet 2% in the flow field distortion of the inlet total pressure of the aero-engine test, as a result of pressure loss ,which is about 0.1kPa~4kPa and small pulse , the frequency of which is about 1Hz~500Hz. So the thesis focuses on the study of the simulation test about the small value of fluctuating pressure and the test device, which can provide the function of dynamic calibration of sensors. We proposed to get a sine-pressure by compressing air by piston which had a sinusoidal movement drove by the shaking table, calculate the value and the phase of a standard sine pressure by measuring the distance of the piston to achieve calibration of absolute method.In this paper, we designed a small value of fluctuating pressure generator, by which we test the signal amplitude, the frequency and the distortion, and provide the feasibility of low-frequency small amplitude of the pulse pressure. The equipment uses a NI data acquisition card to set up data acquisition and analysis system, and uses LabView platform to prepare the acquisition and control software, compare with the calculation of the value and then phase, we describe in details the use of laser demodulation algorithm.In this study, we calculate the value and the phase of a standard sine pressure by measuring the precise distance on shaking-table with the combination of Date-Model. Starting from Adiabatic-Process Theory, we chose a Two-dimensional Flow model that based on frequency method. In the end, we designed a equipment which can calibrate the dynamic pressure transducer of different models, and also analyzed the uncertainty. Theory and Experiment show that the method can be use of the calibration of small value pulse pressure, and we also founded some question that should be further study.
