The paper analyses and discusses the theory and the method of the high pressure dynamic calibration, puts forward the pre-pressure water shock tube testing method. It makes use of the quasi-δ pulse calibration theory to calibrate the high pressure measurement and testing system and obtain the dynamic performances of the system with the qualification of the 700Mpa of value and DC-1KHz of frequency by adding several static pressures on the multiband frequency pulse signal produced by the water shock tube. Based on the theory, take the shock wave from the explosion in the water as the signal source, design a pressure signal generator with the pre-pressure equip and make up a water shock-tube dynamic calibrator. At the same time, design a piezoelectric bar sensor with the elastic component of the changing cross-section on the basis of the theory of pressure bar technique for measurement, set up the model of the sensor and simulate the sensor's parameters with the MATLAB program to obtain the optimum structure, and satisfy the requirements of the testing system.
