The domestic and foreign current condition of belt weigher is analyzed first in the paper, and then the principle of material weigh is analyzed briefly, after that the problems and shortages of present belt weigher are pointed out, at last the new design idea of belt weigher is put forward. The new method is used in collecting weigh signal and velocity measure signal of belt weigher. In order to improve the exactness of the signal, the new smoothing way of waves filtering is applied. In order to solve the problem of zero point float, the way of zero point tracking is applied. According to the actual condition, the anti-jamming circuit is added to improve the anti-jamming capability. The design of the new electronic weigher has more obvious strongpoint than present belt weigher. The error that comes from weigh is avoided within some range because of the design. So the veracity of coal weigh is insured. As a result, the scientific foundation of proper ratepaying is provided for tax administration.
