Off In Cities And Towns Of Regional Spatial Structure Evolution Of The Dynamic Mechanism And Optimization Studies

Spatial structure of City region is not only the results of operation of regional economy, society, resources and environment, but also the foundation for rational use of regional resources and better economic and social development. Under the new background of the time, adapt to the new developments, and optimize the spatial structure of City region, enhance the overall function and promotion ability of City region, and in harmony with regional resources and the environment, that is a key issues need urgent solution in socio-economic development in Guan Zhong city region.This thesis regards Guan Zhong city region as the research object, summed up both at our country and abroad for over a decade near the regional city spatial structure of the research progress and the main study results of Spatial structure of City region in Guan Zhong, defined the concept of city regions. Ways to use historical analysis of Spatial structure of City region in Guan Zhong to study the historical evolution, the history of the evolution of spatial structure is divided into six historical periods. At different stages of development, because of changes in elements of regional geography, spatial structure of City region will be the corresponding spatial pattern at different stages of evolution, characterization of cities and towns from the emergence of the peak of Zhou Dynasty to the Sui and Tang dynasties, until today's modern cities and towns from the scattered spatial pattern, dendritic development stage, the embryonic form the agglomeration to the Cluster agglomeration. Applied the Fractal principle to study the status of Spatial structure of Guan Zhong City region, its Aggregation dimension, Grid dimension, Spatial correlation dimension were measured, combined with qualitative analysis, its current is proved not a conpact, compact, intensive, orderly and sustainable spatial structure.Through the thorough analysis on the traditional elements (physical geography, resource, environment, economy, transportation, regional culture etc.) as well as the new factors of the evolvement of regional spatial structure (globalization, institution, information, system, new economy etc.), adopted the study method of complex huge system, based on the composite action of self-organization and organization, made research on the effect mechanism of the resource, environment, economy, policy, culture, information, system etc. on spatial structure of city regional, put forward that the evolvement of Guanzhong city regional spatial structure is a kind of composite development process of self-organization and organization, which constitutes the Guanzhong city regional spatial structure in the specific stage. By the study of the feedback effect of city regional spatial structure which reacted on the resource, environment, economy, comprehensive competitiveness etc., this paper considered that the evolvement of Guanzhong city regional spatial structure contributed to upgrading the industrial structure, accelerating the progress of urbanization, releasing the environmental pressure, utilizing resources effectively and Intensively, improving the regional competitiveness, promoting harmonious growth of the regional economy; Negative feedback is also existed in the evolvement of spatial structure, which is profoundly manifested in the negative feedback effects of the city's aggregation and expansion on the ecological environment.On the basis of the research on the effect mechanism of the resource, environment, economy, policy, culture, information, institution etc. acting on the city regional spatial structure, and through the trend analysis, put forward that facing a new times background of globalization and reterritorialisation co-existing, informatization advanced, gradual thorough of our country's economic system reform, good opportunities of the macroscopical policy with the country, and with the unfolding construction of Guanzhong agglomeration as well as Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region, Guanzhong city region is gradually forming a cluster agglomeration pattern which centers on Xi'an-Xianyang, and supplemented by Baoji cluster agglomeration, Yangling cluster agglomeration, Tong-yao cluster agglomeration, Wei-hua cluster agglomeration, Bin-chang cluster agglomeration. In order to adapt to the economic development under the new circumstance and to achieve a cluster structure which means a closely related and high efficiency space, a coordinated relationship between city and rural, and a sustainable development with the resource and environment, it must need various ways such as: firming the industries foundation, developing industry cluster; setting up coordination mechanism, coordinating regional developments; constructing the infrastructure, perfecting transportation network; implement spatial control, protecting the ecological environment; strengthen inter-city cooperation, promoting a coordinated developments; transforming the role of government, promoting the regional developments, hereby optimizing Guanzhong city regional spatial structure on the present situation.
