In recent years, with the continuous development of innovation, creativity and invention for electrical technology and electrical equipment, electromagnetic field analysis and experiments encountered a wide range of issues in the projects of design, so a diverse range and complexity of the physical model were forwarded. Coil is one of a wide range of applications in common, which are widely used in electromagnetic, coil measurement, high-energy physics research, study of the electromagnetic forming experimental, telecommunications engineering, electrical and a variety of areas such as power transformers.The so-called iron-core inductor, inductance refers to media for the electrical circuit components of soft iron, steel and other iron core inductor coil media. Generated by the coil inductance is different from the hollow inductors, the core can increase the magnetic induction coil, but also an increase of the inductance coil, and in the case of high current, the relationship between the core of the inductance coil and current are non-linear.It would be obtain more in-depth study through the finite element numerical solution in order to obtain more in-depth study. This paper aims to work in this aspect, which is of great practical significance for experimental research and engineering design.The work of this thesis is focused in the foliowings.First of all, useing of electromagnetic theory and Ansoft electromagnetic engineering finite element analysis software, we analyzed the magnetization process of line circle 08 steel and 45 steel core under different current situation, and given the distribution of magnetic induction intensity in different current density of iron . As a result, found in the hearts of the initial radial distribution of the magnetic field is uneven, it can becoming more and more uniform with the increase in magnetic field strength.Secondly, we analyzed the current relationship changed with 08 steel and 45 steel-core solenoid coil inductance under different current, and made a conclusion that the inductor current is in the law of non-linear with the increase of magnetization changes.Finally,measured the inductance of the coil with the core, in the ways respectively that parallel connection, shun Shun access, reverse connection to discuss the method of connecting the coil inductance value. By changing the gap between the two coils to further discuss the value to the inductance of the gap between the core.
