Space Control In The Regional Development

The spatial guarantee becomes the important content of the regional planning and urban planning day by day, as one kind effective and suitable way of the resources disposition adjustment. To formulate its district development direction and the control guidance measure to coordinated society, economy and environment sustainable development, through delimits type area of the different development in the region. Xianyang located in the west interior area with lag economy, extensive economical growth way, frail natural ecological environment and prominent region ecological environment question. So it is necessary to conduct space planning as a whole to achieve economic sustained development. This paper chooses Xianyang city as an example to approach the spatial control question of the region development.First, the author defines the spatial guarantee concepts. Carding the related research at home and abroad, the author summarizes the region space guarantee theory basis. Then, the author appraises the spatial guarantee of the urban planning, division of the main function region and the ecology function region, and proposes the conception to the spatial guarantee of the region development. Second, the author elaborates principle and method of its division. Once more, Xianyang city was divided into the said five types of zones after an empirical research in which both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are adopted. In view of the characteristic and the development direction of the different development guidance area, to formulate corresponding compulsory and controllability strategy in order to improve its development order and structure, promote the local economy division of labor and the superiority supplementary, then enhance the economic society comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development ability.Finally, the author points the spatial guarantee is on the basis of the spatial guarantee of the urban planning, division of the main function region and the ecology function region. It considers the conditions and the development of regional , optimizes the regional spatial layout, and prompts the development of economic, social and ecological, which is based on the evaluation of space resources in the region, Regional resources and environmental carrying capacity and the efficient allocation of resources in space. Then, it becomes an integrated, space-division from macro to micro, from the abstract to the concrete and fromconcept to implementation.
