At Present, CCD is one of the most widely used opt-electric detective device, the image acquiring system based on CCD is also widely applied in many field such as military, aircraft, Medicine. CCDs with Mega Pixels are popular on the market, the image acquisition and Processing system based on ten-mega CCD is still on the stage of research and development at the lab. This thesis accomplishes the structure design of CCD driving circuit. In my design, aiming at the characteristic of the choosed CCD image sensor, I adopt the FPGA to design the driving circuit, which generate the complex driving timing of CCD, the control logic timing of the whole electronic system of CCD camera through software configuration. The experimental result indicates that the circuit is characterized by correct function, high reliability; it can satisfy the driving need for CCD.Compensation technology for the image motion of aviation CCD camera is very important. The development of compensation technology is introduced, several methods of compensation technology are analysed, characteristic of them are discussed. And two new compensations method based on the structure characteristic of FTF4052M are introduced. The traditional data collecting method of bus interface is difficult to meet the need of modern industry production and science research. So we discuss the design of the data acquisition adapter and especially the interface CY7C68013 chip supporting the USB2.0, then according to the frame structure of it(?) firmware program, the development of it(?) firmware program and the realization of the application program are summarized.
