The TT&C responder is one of the equipments which are used in the spaceflight widely. On the launch vehicles, missiles, artificial satellites, spaceships and etc, which are researched in our nation, there are so many responders which are used to obtain the instant orbit and velocity of the spacecraft precisely.In this paper, the testing error of measuring zero values of the interferometer transponder in the spaceflight is analyzed. Considering the testing error of measuring zero values in the spaceflight practice, especially for the group delay in transducer and cables which transmit different frequency, effective methods are discussed to improve the testing precision of measuring zero values of the interferometer transponder.The testing precision of the interferometer transponder can be improved by theory analyses, experiments and etc. On the basis of this discussion, it can be estimated what the minimal testing error of measuring zero values of the interferometer transponder in the spaceflight is. So the most precise measuring zero values can be obtained before launching.In this paper, the main production and innovation is, not only is it proved that the level of some testing errors of measuring zero values of the interferometer transponder can be tested in analyses and experimental results, and the other testing errors which can not be tested can be neglected in practice, but also the measuring method is improved by devising the main elements to eliminate the main testing errors. Some suspicion on the testing errors can be avoided, also.This method is useful to improve the testing precision of the interferometer transponder in the spaceflight.
