The principal contents of TRIZ is analyzed and its basic thinking and method system is studied.An example is introduced in mechanical product creative design.First,the principal contents of TRIZ is introduced.The innovation is the process of finding and solving the question creatively on basic.The most important function of TRIZ theory lies in providing system's theory and the method for it.TRIZ thinks that the core of invention is the resolution of contradiction,and contradiction is mainly divided into the technical contradiction and the physical contradiction.The most important tool of solving technology contradiction is contradiction matrix.The aquatic cleaning robot is designed by contradiction matrix.Second,the creative design of mechanical product is instructed by TRIZ.The aquatic cleaning robot is designed and made by detaching human and the hull through the separation principle.When designing its structure,we make the best of the action of the clutch, including separation and separation.The status of work is divided into three kind of situations.One kind is the advancing pattern.The hull only goes ahead.One kind is the dragging pattern.When driving the hull forward,the dragging framework begins to work. Last kind is the cleaning pattern.After the hull approachs the shore,the conveyer belt in the bottom of garbage box is drived.The rubbish is cleaned up.Because of detaching human and the hull,the PWM control system is selected to control the electromotor when the electronic control system is designed.The distant control is achieved by 12-pipeline industrial remote control.Its farthest distance might amount to 500 meters.
