Along with speedily developing of our country economy and the automobile in the city-retained amount having sharp increase,the difficult problems of city parking has appeared.In addition,many foreign cities lack of parking place also.Though that country of the world adopts different solution,application of the space-parking system is unified method.The object researched in the paper is the vertical conveyor of space-parking system.It is one of the mechanical space-parking systems. Based on analyses structure and access principle of the parking system attemper and management system are researched.Moreover,simulation of attemper and access operation of implementation is realized by using AutoMod simulation software.In addition,scheduler and management software of space parking system is developed by using Power Builder development tool.In the process of studying scheduler,optimum method of access and attemper principle is researched based on queue theory.Mathematical models of queuing system are built.According to the industry standard of People's Republic of China JB/T 10475-2004,the access time of vehicle on the different attemper principle is analyzed by actual example,the calculation method of the access time is deduced and algorithm routine is compiled by Visual Basic development tool.Finally,optimum attemper principle and optimum operating mode of different strategy are concluded by comparing with the main quantitative index of queuing system model---[M/D/1]:[∞/∞/FCFS]Access of automobiles is accomplished with the assistance of programs compiled by Power Builder.Model Communication Module(MCM), provided by Auto Mod,can accomplish communications between the model and the third party application program.The following two communication ways are supported by MCM:the first one is communication with OPC Sever, and the other communication is through the interface of Socket.The later one is adopted for the communication between the model and scheduling programs in this paper.The access of automobiles can be accomplished and other relevant information such as register,check and control of automobiles managed by the scheduling and managing of spacing-parking system. Security precautions are set up in every interface,which can enhance the robust stability of the software and avoid wrong operations,so it is more convincement,efficient and visible for the management of the system.
