The area of China's dangerous reservoirs is large. These dangerous reservoirs seriously hamper the economic and social development and threaten the safety of people's lives and property. Facing with such a grim situation, China attaches great importance to the issue of dam safety. In recent years, according to foreign experience, we launched the dam risk analysis study and strengthen the dam safety management. According to the content, risk analysis can be divided into risk identification, risk estimation and risk assessment. The article combines the actual situation of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty Reservoir. On the basis of identification of a comprehensive analysis of its security evaluation and reinforcement design, the article analyzes Eastern Zhou Dynasty Reservoir Risk. First identifying risk, in the light of the problems before and after strengthening the dam, find all possible dam crash modes; and then select the biggest threat to the dam safety model from all possible modes. According to these models, speculate the possibility Path of dam crash. Second risk estimation, study on the dam accident risk with the introduction of event tree. Estimate the accident risk before and after reinforcement and compare the differences. Find the weak links in reinforcement to address gaps and provide the basis for further reinforcement of the dam. After the comparison of before and after reinforcement. The risk reduces. However, Reinforcement work did not deal with the spillway of big risks, which makes that the risk is still larger. So it is necessary to carry out the spillway immediate reinforcement.Review the Spillway security; the article proposes demolition and reconstruction of the spillway. This paper presents a reconstruction programmer.
