Grating Semi-automatic Biochemical Analyzer Developed

Since the emergence of the traiditional manual biochemical analysis may lead to sophisticated operation, the great effect from the operators'subjective factors, and the serious error, the appearance of the biochemical analyzer changes this situation significantly. Because the overall level of domestic medical equipments are not so satisfactory, biochemical laboratories mainly use imports. Therefore, the study on automatic biochemical analyzer has a great significance of enhancing our level in researching and designing biochemical analyzer. This project is conceived to design a small grating semi-automatic biochemical analyzer, which is easy to be used with improved functions. At the same time, it provides necessary technology preparation for developing full-automation.This article has designed the system of biochemical analyzer based on ATmega2561 processor by knowing biochemistry analysing principle in developing of the system. The systematic hard and software has been analysed and designed according to the need function and capability of the system, and the resource of systematic hard and software has been carried out rational assignment and organization. This article has focused on amplifying the weak current and acquiring the wide-range signal. Then, the main hardware and software have been debuged and improved in detaily, and the systematic hardware and software have been accomplished in finally.The grating semi-automatic biochemical analyzer has benn passed the checkout by Jiangsu province medical instrument testing institute, and the various index accord with medical testing standard. This trial-production has established a basis for minor batches of the product, at the same time, it is also doing necessary technology preparation for developing the full-automation.
