Along with the increasingly development of military helicopter, it is almost beyond the capability of the current ground antiaircraft weapon system to counter it. Under such circumstances, anti-helicopter mine emerges as the times require. The newly-emerging mine is flexible in defense arrangement, effective for 24 hours and safe and covert in attack manners, which offset the shortcomings of the current ground antiaircraft system and effectively restrain attacking from the helicopter.Based on analyzing the angle tracking method, the paper studies the structure and controlling method of the anti-helicopter mine. The study designs a mechanical system in two freedoms and establishes links to control the open loops for the system. With DSP (TMS320F2810) as its kernel, the mine applies stepping motor's micro-stepping technique and completes the software and hardware design of controlling system, which ultimately realizes the angle tracking approach for the target being in non-maneuvering situation and the exact positioning of the steer system.On the basis of the theoretical design, the study made experiments on controlling elevation angles to test the control system. The findings indicate that, under the designed control system, the control curve of the motor velocity is primarily in consistency with that of the theoretical design, and the error of the motor's rotation angle is below 0.4 degree. Also the maximum drive error guideline of the steer system is concluded.
