Stepping motor is a kind of motors that are controlled by pulse. Stepping motor, with it's convenience of connecting with computer, no error accumulation of output angle displacement, high precision in open loop, is becoming the important execute component. With the development of computer, the application of stepping motor is becoming broadened in recent 30 years. Up to the present, it has become the third motor. Most of stepping motor control system run in an open loop, so when it run in some frequency, it has oscillation intend. Oscillation make motor's yawp increased, the ability of load decreased, sometimes it will make motor not work properly, it affect the quality of motor severely, But, the research about it is not sufficient. There are not many papers about the oscillation of the stepping motor too, so the knowledge about oscillation is less. There are two major causes about that: 1, the factors that cause oscillation are many, people is difficult to master the regulation. 2, the method and means of studying of stepping motor is not perfect. So there are many limits of stepping motor's application and development. The paper deeply discusses the experimental study on oscillation in hybrid stepping motor. It includes a set of computer-based testing system and its implement. Particularly discuss the oscillation, the causes of oscillation, the characteristic of oscillation with the result obtained by the testing system. At last, I introduce a kind of method to control the high frequency oscillation. By comparison between the primary oscillation characteristic and improved characteristic, we can control and decrease the oscillation scope. The mean is effective. |
