Researches On Computer Aided Industrial Design Technology Of Air Nailer Products

This thesis investigated under the project of "Product Digital Industrial Design Platform-Development For Product Innovation And Application Of Electric-Driving Tool/Air-Driving Tool Product-Development"-- Researches on air nailer product Computer Aided Industrial Design(CAID) technology. By analyzing the Industrial Design(ID) technological process of existing air nailer, characteristics of each stage of Industrial Design was studied. Assisted with other Computer Aided technology, this thesis studied on air nailer product ID technology with CAD software Pro/E. The systematic prototype was realized at last. The main content of this thesis is:1. The problems of the air nailer's Industrial Design technological process were expounded by analyzing Industrial Design process. Then the every stage of the concrete design process was analyzed according to design process, characteristics of air nailer's Industrial Design and product structure-tree. Finally, a Bottom-up method on Industrial Design was brought forward.2. According to the product's CAID characteristics, the market demand was investigated, and then combined the Bottom-up Industrial Design method, the system technological route, system constitution, logical structure and date-base design was researched.3. From the view of software design,the modules' design method and related technologies about the CAID of air nailer product were explored. Then the technological process of each module achievement was schemed out. 4. The systematic prototype of air nailer's CAID modules were realized. And the modules functions were explained by designing a real case at last.
