With the quick development of technology, electrization goes widely, and as well as the using of electronic equipment, everybody is exposed in the multiple electromagnetic fields which from 0 to 300GHz, electromagnetic pollution has been a great problem to our environment. More and more health issue arises by electromagnetic exposure. Recently, lots of countries are establishing standard and criterion to improve protection of electromagnetism radiation; they gave power density and electromagnetic field limitation of different frequency, which can try his best to avoid radiation harm to those people who working in electromagnetic area. In the practical work, we need simple, exact and high performed measure equipment to detect and determine the area whether can achieve relative standard, then finally confirm security and immunity of electronic equipment, that is the reason accelerating wide application of electromagnetic radiation test equipment.Electromagnetic Field Sensors and Probes as the commonly used equipment in electromagnetic compilable and environmental electromagnetic wave detection, is also ranked as the forced measure equipment, widely used by electromagnetic compilable test lab and environmental department, it is not only abundant in the quantity, but also abundant in the variety. All these Electromagnetic Field Sensors and Probes must be calibrated termly, confirmation be in control, which can ensure the exact measure result.Basing on IEEE Std 1309-200-IEEE Standard for Calibration of Electromagnetic Field Sensors and Probes, Excluding Antennas, from 9 kHz to 40 GHz, and according to the requirement of International Measure development to research and establish high-frequency standard equipment from 9 kHz to 100MHz, This paper calibrates Electromagnetic Field Sensors and Probes working in these frequency area.The author mainly worked in:1. Take Helmholtz coils as Magnetic field generation setups, research in Helmholtz coils Homogeneity district and build Magnetic Field Sensors and Probes calibration system with the frequency in 9kHz~3MHz. 2. The distributing of magnetic field in TEM Cell is studied .The TEM Cell is used to inspirit the magnetic field from 9kHz to 100MHz, which is a part of the calibration system.
