Based Layout Planning Of Urban Land Space Fractal Dimension Hills

The report of Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC proposed that our country must raise the urbanization level gradually and insisted that the big medium and small cities must coordinated development with the small town, so that walks the urbanization path which have the Chinese characteristic. The first 20 years of this century are important strategic opportunity times of economic development in our country, which are also the fast periods of expansion of town construction. However, facing the fast advancement's urbanized advancement, hills town planning and construction lacking systematic planning theory instruction generally at present, following the plan theory, the method, the layout pattern and the technical specification system of the plain cities blindly, causing the construction of hills town hardly to adapt the natural ecological environment request as circumstances permit, thus creates "the constructive destruction", causing the the bright individuality and the local characteristics of hills town vanishes gradually, and initiating the hills ecological environment the further worsening. In the view of these questions, study the city spatial morphology of hills town systematically are urgently needed.and the study will enable guide the cities' construction more effective.And how land allocation on the town's image and control is a wide range of integrated issues, in recent years more and more attention on introduction of quantitative analysis method in the field of urban planning. The urban geographic fractal studies begun to emerge in our country in mid-1990s. The paper study the land allocation planning of hilly town by using the method of fractal method, following the method of construction, empirical applications process. To compare the complex and the balanced distribution of every kind of land use, with a view to the planning of reasonable land allocation with a bit of inspiration and guideline role.This paper studys the background, the purpose and its significance, thereby determining the scope and method of the studying at first;Moreover,clears off the concept of hills town, the spatial shape, unified the domestic and foreign related research to introduce the fractal thought and application in the urban planning domain;Then intruduce the superiority of the hilly town's land allocation in detail; Moreover, summarizes and demonstrates the fractal dimension geography geometry significances of three fractal dimension method describeing the characteristic of town's land allocation.and explains its application method with the example, through the analysis different fractal dimension's research mentality, suggested to use the grid dimension method to research the hills town's land allocation; Finally, takes the langli as the research example, completes the spatial shape and the land structure fractal research with the grid dimension method, studies the cities space shape and the land structure evolution according to the fractal dimension value's change, then through gives the reasonable construction pattern of hills towns by analysing the fractal of langli planing.
