Abstract/Summary:
The explosive component is one of the most sensitive elements in the ammunition, static electricity caused various factors discharge During the course of manufacturing process, transportation and storage . therefore it is important for studying an antistatic component and especially for studying safe manufacturing of the component . as well as preventive measures for static electricity.The paper studies the problem from five aspects, such as production of static-electricity, static-electric sensitivity, the jeopardizing of static-electrical, the importance of studying static-electricity, the theorical study of antistatic-electricity, the main methods for antistatic, the antistatic study for certain igniter, preventive measures for both manufacturing place and personel, multiple antistatic measures are designed for certain igniter , thus ensuring that its antistatic . ability reaches and exceeds domestic military standard. taking antistatic measures on explosive components manufacture place and personel, ensuring the safety of the course of igniter manufacture, assembly, transportation and storage. The paper also provides antistatic design and preventive measures for manufacture place for other explosive components.
