Research & Implement Of Nutation Frequency Measering System Of The Target Seeker Gyro

The coordinator of infrared guidance weapon is consisted of infrared optical system, modulate or scan unit, detector and gyro. It provides the information of target's angle coordinate and helps the control system to adjust weapon's aviation direction to track the target. High-precision navigation and guidance systems have very strict requirements of the device. However, due to positioning in the processing and distribution of materials, assembly error, causing his centroid was not in its rotation axis. Under the force of gravity, the rotating rotor in the process produces a campaign together. Then it states the project and the related design in the nutation frequency measure system of the target seeker gyro. This system is based on the advanced automatic testing principle, uses industrial control computer. The start-up circuit and speed stability circuit let the target seeker gyro start the rotation and make stable speed. The related Power amplifying circuit and Programmable signal generator realizes the automatic frequency increasing of the sine wave scanning. The paper describes the principle and methods of filter design of the electrical signal coming from the target seeker gyro, especially analyses two different methods and their results of filtering. It also includes the compilation of the software block, and data analysis. The nutation frequency automatic measuring system attains the design request.
