With further scientific and technological development, the large port machinery and equipment shipped to the scene in parts, then at the scene assemble and test the plane system can not meet the user's requirements. Since the mid-1990s, the Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Company introduced entire shipping instead of the traditional shipping in parts. The entire shipping give full use of space, technology, humaning, equipment advantages and favorable conditions, so that will be able to maintain the assembled entire shipping in good technical condition.,reduce the time to deal with the problems left over , ensure the user can use it in time.Quayside container cranes are easily attacked by huge waves in the process of shipping, because of the high center of gravity and the greatness of outreach and backreach. The waves cause structural damage, or even the whole structure overturned. These accidents not only cause delay in delivery time, affect the port's normal production order, bring great economic losses and even cause casualties. So it is necessary to calculate the structure in the process of shipping for reducing losses.Based on the structural analysis of the seismic study ways to ship sway, surge, heave, roll and pitch, with the time—analysis method, using the ANSYS software of the dynamic transient analysis to calculate the crane response, and compare the results with the traditional static method, get more reasonable stress results and better preventive measures. Papers main contents include :1. Based on the random wave theory and the random wave model, using waves of spectrum analysis to find out the calculation of water particle displacement, speed, acceleration and energy spectrum, and constructing the ship's response spectrum.2. The paper referenced the structural study of seismic analysis method, combining random waves theory and structural dynamics theory, put the ship's five degrees of freedom which is sway, surge, heave, roll and pitch to based incentives, used structural dynamic analysis, calculated the crane in such incentives ' transient response.3. Completed the input the incentives of the ship's five degrees of freedom in APDL way, which are sway, surge, heave, roll and pitch, calculated the entire structure of the stress with static and dynamic ways, found suitable binding ways.4. In the Structure Dynamic Analysis way, calculated the crane's dynamic results under different wind conditions, different shipping acceleration and binding forms to identify the safety measures in shipping.
