Long Stator Linear Synchronous Motor Test Methods

The main research object is long stator linear synchronous motor. In order to make measurements of long stator linear synchronous motor become complete and normative, the paper presents a complete and systemic measurements of long stator linear synchronous motor. Nowadays, there is no complete measurements of linear motor in China, so the series of measurements in this paper settle the base of this aspect. According to the condition of the lab, the dissertation also do some validated experiments. Furthermore, the paper presents a measurement system which aims at the movement parameters. At last, it founds an EMI measurement model of linear. This model will make a positive effect to prevent and suppress EMI.The main content of this dissertation is as follows,1. This dissertation describes a series of general measurements. Including motor resistance measurement, characteristic curve measurement of linear motor, temperature measurement, efficiency measurement and so on.2. This dissertation also analyzes the movement measurement of long stator linear synchronous motor based on the character of it. In this part, the dissertation describes the measurement theory of speed, acceleration and thrust. And the dissertation also do some validated experiments.3. The EMI measurement model is proposed in this thesis. Based on the EMI model, common and differential mode HF current components were measured.
